Featuring a modern take on the traditional enamel mug by Alice Draws The Line. These are lightweight and durable, making them a camping, hiking, or walking essential!
Alice is an artist who has designed a range of Enamel mugs with her illustrations. Alice loves Puffins and has spent time watching and photographing them on the isles of Staffa and Skomer and these illustrations followed those two trips.
The Enamel mugs hold approximately 320ml /12 fl oz / just over 1/2 pint. The height is 80mm (8cm), diameter 86mm (8.6cm). Packaged in a cardboard box.
Made in England.
Please note this listing is for one mug only – the image of three mugs is just to show the pattern on all sides of the mug.
Due to the hand-crafted nature of the Enamel mug each product will differ slightly and there are occasionally some slight imperfections in the coating – a small area without enamel or slightly uneven covering or light defects such as dimples, colour blemishes and black dots. These are all classed as acceptable defects and should be considered before purchasing.
Care: Hand-washing only is recommended for these mugs as they are delicate. After washing, immediately dry thoroughly as rust spots may occur. This is an inherent characteristic of enamel mugs.
Alice Savery, of Alice Draws The Line, always had a passion for nature and how the seasons steadfastly set a pace that we have to adhere to. Her interest in nature evolved into appreciating it with pen and watercolour – documenting the changing seasons through seasonal studies and preserving that moment through an illustration. Those illustrations have made their way onto her line of products, inclusive of enamel mugs, tote bags, and tea towels. She works out of her studio, based in Brampton Bryan, on the border of Herefordshire, Shropshire and Powys in the UK. Her daily drawings and observations while walking in the countryside near the studio inspire new artwork and product designs.
