There’s nothing softer and more ecological than reusable handkerchiefs from Öko Creations! Öko Créations’ handkerchiefs are made with unbleached, 100% organic cotton satin. Offered in one practical size, they are undyed and accented with a beautiful coloured trim.
For on-the-go, transport them easily using the Reusable Pocket for Hankies (sold separately). The handkerchiefs become more absorbent with each washing.
Tip: Place a basket of clean handkerchiefs in the bathroom and a small basket for the dirty ones. Children who start using washable handkerchiefs at a young age become accustomed to using them at home.

The washable Öko Creations handkerchiefs can simply be added to a regular load when lightly soiled. In other cases, they can first be lightly rubbed under cold or warm water in order to remove stains, air dried if a washing is not immediate and then added to a regular load if desired (not necessary if the handkerchief has been completely hand washed). Tumble or air dry. Note that the high temperature in the dryer might fix the stains by “cooking” them. Do not iron. The handkerchiefs becomes more absorbent from wash to wash.
Marie-Noël and Mélanie Beetz, sisters with strong ecological and humanitarian values, are the heart of the Öko Creations family business founded in 2009 in Quebec, Canada. In 2018, their cousin Karine Létourneau joined them as a co-owner.
Öko Creations’ goal is to help consumers transition to a more eco-friendly lifestyle by offering a range of zero waste products for the whole family.
