Thank you for shopping at Two Tone. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 3 – 5 Business Days except for remote areas (e.g. Valencia, Mayaro) and Tobago, which can take up to 4 – 6 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on the next business day.
To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed on the next business day.
Packages are delivered Monday to Friday only, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and someone must be present to receive the package.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking information to view the status of your delivery.

Thanks for shopping at Two Tone. Doesn’t fit or looks different than expected? If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Online purchases made through twotonett.com are valid for exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items are checked before being shipped out, but we still recommend that you examine all items before removing tags, wearing them, and washing them. Please examine the seams, stitching, fabric, fit, etc. before wearing. Do not remove product tags until this step is complete, as items without original tags attached will not be accepted for exchange/returns.
Items eligible for exchange must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition received, with all tags attached. Specifically, items must be in new, unworn condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, tears, sweat, make-up, deodorant, or hair and with the original packaging or tag attached.
In the event of an exchange, please email us at email@example.com with the invoice number and item description for us to schedule a return delivery pick-up on your behalf.
In the email, please include the product brand name, product description, size and colour of the items you would like for an exchange.
For sizing-related issues exchanges, the buyer is responsible for sending the item/items back to us and we will ship out the exchanged item/items. The buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping charge.
Returns and Refunds
Items are only eligible for a refund if received with a manufacturer’s defect. This is limited to any characteristic of a product that hinders its usability for the purpose for which it was designed and manufactured.
In the event of a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number and item description for us to schedule a return delivery pick-up on your behalf.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of receipt and the status of your refund after inspection.
If your return is approved, reimbursement will be issued in the same manner as the original payment method.
For damaged/defective items, we will replace them or provide a full refund. Photo submission is required. For the return, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
Personal items such as gym accessories, underwear, socks, etc.
If the item is defective, we will replace it or provide a full refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal items such as socks, underwear, etc. due to hygiene issues.
**Please note that all items have to be in their original condition when returning or exchanging; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse your return/exchange. If it’s been washed, worn outside, etc., they are no longer returnable/exchangeable. Orders can’t be returned or exchanged after 14 days.**
